Payment
There are two possible forms of payment through this site:
1. Credit / Debit Card (recommended)
2. PayPal
If you are unable to pay using either of these methods then it may be possible to arrange alternative payment (cheque, postal order, bank transfer etc), please get in contact for details.
Please note if you wish to have items sent to an address other than your Credit/Debit card billing address or your confirmed Paypal address, then you may be required to provide ID. This is only required once and the requirement is waived if you are a previous customer.
Postage
Providing the item is in stock, orders are shipped within 1 working day of receiving payment (usually the same day if the order is placed before 1500 GMT).
Items purchased through this store will only be shipped to the following countries:

Europe - Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
R.O.W - Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States
If your country does not appear on the list above it is still possible to purchase items using an alternative payment method. Please get in contact for details.
Items are sent by Royal Mail - either Next Day Special Delivery, 1st Class Recorded (usually arrives in 1-2 days) or International Signed-For Airmail. You can choose your preferred method at checkout, please see p&p costs in the table below.

Returns
Many of our sneakers are sold on consignment therefore most sales are final, so we offer no refunds except in cases of misinterpretation. Exchanges for another product(s) or credit can be arranged within 7 days of receipt. Please get in contact with questions regarding sizing for a particular shoe, or if you have any problems with a purchase - we will always try to help in any way possible.
